The meat takes time to arrive but it is definitely seal meat. According to the customs info on the packaging it comes from a legitimate seal culling organisation. It needs light roasting or the fat tends to get too hot and the outside burns before the middle is cooked. Recommended but be careful coz some people will take offence.
