So I'm looking for a group of people who'll club together with me and share the cost. Maybe we could divide it into packages of a variety of cuts, so for example we all get a bit of breast, a bit of leg etc. If there could be a butcher on the team that'd be great, but if not my local butcher (a specialist in locally produced organic produce) would be happy to do the job. Best I think to have it sent live to the club member who can deal with the task of packing and sending it out. I was kinda disappointed by the size of the product but it tasted heavenly!
